Community Update
The landscaping for the finished homes is now complete. The view of the neighborhood from the main gate is of lovely homes in a setting of gently rolling terrain and tree-lined streets. As the trees continue to mature, so will the infusion of colors. The abundance of natural rock, one of the defining characteristics of South Hill, has been put to good use. Each yard has it’s own rock wall. The rock walls add privacy as well as a beautiful backdrop for the specimen trees planted in the lawns. And the lawns are maintained for you!
